A girl living alone in a post apocalyptic wasteland finds herself hunted down by marauders who want her to fight in their fighting pit for their entertainment.。包祖仁（张达明饰）是一个坐吃山空的纨绔子弟，偶尔的机会让他被人误认为名状师，凭着小聪明打赢了两场官司，结果弄假成真，被村民奉若神明，欲脱身不能。不得已之下，他只好发愤进行魔鬼训练，终于熬成“民间第一状师”。。
