トラベルナースとは、スーツケース1つを手に、いろいろな街を渡り歩き看護に従事するフリーランス看護師のこと。本作では、それぞれタイプの異なるトラベルナースたちが反発しながらも手を取り合い、患者のみならず医療従事者や自分自身を救っていくさまが描かれる。。神秘少年大风解救了遭遇暗算重病的李画眉，大风欲赴京都寻师姐巧与李画眉同路，途中李画眉却惊觉其师姐便是女皇秦昭，且女皇屡派杀手追杀。为查明缘由，大风和李画眉性命互托，共同御敌。江湖纷争四起，朝堂争斗更胜。二人不知不觉被卷入一场云谲波诡的阴谋当中，大风就是解开所有谜团的钥匙……。This story is based where the skateboard culture is the most foreign, the Midwest. Derrick Cabrera, like all skaters, has a dream of being sponsored and one day going pro. He is an up and coming skater with all the talent but has the world against him. Parents, friends and schoolmates can't understand how Derrick has so much passion for something that has no future in their eye...。
