Plebs follows three desperate young men from the suburbs...。高中毕业期将近，一直以来都在半工半读以筹得学费的大河内涉（长濑智也 饰）希望能够实现自己到天文台工作的理想，可是，糟糕的经济状况让涉意识到，自己甚至连大学联考都无法参加，可是即便如此，他还是努力的拼搏着。 和大多数备考生一样，七仓园子（酒井美纪 饰）的肩上背负着升学的压力和负担，父母对这个出生于医生世家的女儿抱有着巨大的期望，这在无形中增加了园子的压力，在这样关键的时刻，她只能咬紧牙关，默默承受。一次偶然中，涉和园子在入夜的校园中撞倒了一起，一直以来同班却不曾有过交集的两人就此相知，逐渐发展出了一段有笑有泪的青春轶事。。
