Two dogs escape from a British government research lab. As the authorities hunt down the canine fugitives, the two dogs search for their original master and for a place where they'll be free from the iniquities and cruelties of Mankind.。突然有一天警局变成了太空总署，大家说经常见到外星人，那个外星人经常到处乱摸人，警员们都看到过，只有警官没有见过，警官说大家都在胡说八道。最后大家提议就利用一个警员做试验来抓捕这个外星人，几名非常精炼的特警进行非常辛苦的捕获行动。最后获得了成功。。Charlotte进入了警队，协助Rath继续追宗苏联死尸案件。警队也成立了专门的调查小组，但是因为外交原因受到了阻扰。而Rath和犹太裔长官Benda组队继续追踪案。。。似乎Rath卷入了警队内部的权力斗争。。
