与假面骑士Thousand Ark的游戏中取得胜利的檀黎斗借着幻梦无双卡带的力量，陆续收购IT相关的风险投资企业，扩大幻Corporation。但随后Smart Brain的形象女郎兼社长秘Smart Queen出现，宣告已经完成了幻梦Corporation的收购。其目的是黎斗创造游戏的力量。 黎斗拿着幻梦无双卡带逃离现场，然而电池耗尽令他静止了。 而救助黎斗的是意外的人物ーーー。。George Harvey Bone is a composer in early 20th century London, who is under stress because he is writing a piano concerto. Due to this stress, he gets black outs when ever he hears dissonances. When he finds himself after the black out in a different quarter of the town, he returns home, to read in the paper that somebody in that quarter was murdered.
