Plebs follows three desperate young men from the suburbs...。明德戏院有明德三宝，分别是慈禧太后坐过的金銮宝座，增寿延年的七香茗片和金缕柴烟。八旗遗少伊兰为了一探明德三宝究竟，包下戏院，却在当晚猝死在金銮宝座上。接着包场的妓院老板马蹄莲等人也接连死在了宝座上。而与此同时，丰城又来了个督军孙有志。为了揭开明德戏院的秘密，探长齐悟明以身涉险，亲自坐上了金銮宝座，探长诈死在宝座上，却揭开了明德戏院的秘密。原来七香茗片和金缕柴烟相溶有毒，在酒精的催化下更会要了人命，而一切的始作俑者竟然是督军孙有志……。少年水手阿波在海上得到一条小海豚，通过训练，同它建立了友谊。一天，小海豚被一群戏水的野海豚召去，阿波非常想念它。后来，当阿波遇到危险时，小海豚赶来救走了阿波，一对小伙伴终于又在一起愉快地生活。。
