一间细思极恐的杂货店，专门收购神奇的东西，拯救生命的腕表，满足愿望的酒，杀人的垃圾桶，摄人魂魄的相机，闻所未闻的一切，都在这里发生……。这一天，网络漫画作家智友（盛骏饰）造访神秘的光林公寓，这里曾经是邪教光林教的大本营，但是自从教主带着信徒自杀后，这里就被传说成为一座闹鬼公寓。智友此行正是希望管理员大叔（金弘波饰）能讲讲这里的故事，帮助他完成漫画创作。大叔神色淡定，不置可否，有条不紊讲起了四个诡异战栗的小故事：1）创作瓶颈的作家租住这里的一个房间，但是邻居家的儿童吵闹不已，让他大为光火；2）小三女的男友杀掉自己的正派妻子，一身是血躲到了小三的住处，但是恐怖事件随即发生；3）中介把娃娃当作妻子，直到某天，他发现妻子似乎有了生命；4）留学生住进了好友的家，他发现这个房间霉变严重，而更恐怖的还在后面。。Winner of the Sakharov Prize 2014, Doctor Mukwege is internationally known as the man who mends thousands of women who have been raped during the 20 years of conflicts in the East of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, one of the poorest countries on the planet, despite its extremely rich sub-soil.
