另一种视野的越战电影当然，越战不只是发生在地面上的作战，空中也有相当值得以电影描写的场景。1988年有一部相当知名的越战电影，也是军事迷普遍相当熟悉杰作－【野狼呼叫21】（BAT 21）。这部电影，由著名硬汉演员金哈克曼（Gene Hackman）饰演一位真实人物空军上校I. Hambleton。这位Hambleton上校当年在美国空军，是一位空中压制（SEAD）作战的「领航者」（Navigator）专家，特长是侦测北越防空飞弹阵地，并且将目标传给野鼬部队（Wild Weasel）的F-105进行反辐射攻击，这在当年是相当先进且机密的战术，所以Hambleton也是越军急欲追缉的目标。 1972年4月2日复活节当天的一次任务中，Hambleton的EB-66电子反制机被SAM-2飞弹击落，Hambleton惊险逃生之后，遂在地面展开与越共间的猫捉老...。In 19th Century France, a young Bram Stoker is captured by a man-hating, all-female cult of thong bikini wearers.
