本片根据凤凰城UFO事件改编，1997年3月13日，几束神秘的灯光出现在凤凰城，这一现象被称为“凤凰城光团”。这一事件也是历史上最有名、传播最广的UFO目击事件，三个青少年在UFO事件发生不久后进入沙漠，希望记录下发生在他们小镇上奇怪的事情，但是有一天晚上他们消失了，至今下落不明。在他们失踪二十周年之际，家人为了寻找真相展开调查，随着当年拍摄的内容不断被披露，隐藏在背后的真相也将浮出水面。。金牌保镖韩凌峰，被曹子昂派去保护某场枪击案唯一的目击证人苏诺。表面是让韩凌峰保护苏诺，实际上韩凌峰是曹子昂派到苏诺身边的卧底，负责监视苏诺。韩凌峰并不知道，这起枪击案的幕后黑手，就是曹子昂。韩凌峰在保护苏诺的过程中意外发现了更大的阴谋...。In the spring of 1944 an RAF Mosquito Squadron are ordered to attack a German rocket fuel plant in Norway.
