阿B（李修贤 饰）是和母亲同住狭小老旧公寓的便衣刑警，他为人热血办案手法大胆，令新报道的同事阿杰（艾迪 饰）大开眼界。阿杰与阿B性格迥异，一心只想通过考试晋升警官。阿B压制分别住在山上村和山下村的两位大佬小黑与红番，并通过红番手下的毒虫小弟阿成（太保 饰）买得多个线报，阿B获悉犯罪信息立下功劳，令阿杰亦得到嘉奖，二人友谊日盛一日。不久，阿成因毒瘾反复发作，犯下大错，被小黑和红番连番毒打，终至丧命，阿B调查阿成死因，追查小黑，不料却引发意外，将自己逼上绝路，而小黑也只得选择铤而走险，警匪都再别无选择……。中东情势吃紧，美国国防使出秘密武器，派遣一支无坚不摧的海陆空三枝特遣队前往支援，在执行任务过程中，特遣队发现一种致命的导弹落在一群恐怖分子手中，为了阻止恐怖分子使用导弹杀害无辜百姓，这群受过严格训练的英勇特遣队成员，无畏生命危险，要从他们手中夺回导弹。。A private detective helps a prostitute being assaulted, and notices that she is wearing a very unique ring.
